One Year Warranty on Commercial Units
Congratulations on your Steam-Whirl Steam-bath Generator purchase.
Please read and follow all the Installation, Operating and Probe
Maintenance information thoroughly. Steam-Whirl recommends all
installations be performed by licensed Plumbers and Electricians.
This is the Warranty Card which must be filled out and returned
within (7) seven days of purchase.
Commercial
Series: This limited warranty is for a period of one (1) year
from the date of purchase,
against defects in materials
and workmanship on Steam-Whirl Commercial Models (White): SW-10,
SW-12, SW-65 & SW-18.
If repair or replacement of defective parts cannot be made by
an authorized Steam-Whirl Agent, on the premises, the cost of
removal and installation of the steam unit is not covered by
this limited warranty. Factory labor and transportation charges
incurred to repair or replace defective parts at the factory
will be covered under this limited warranty as follows:
Within
three (3) months of the date of purchase, all labor charges
and transportation to and
from
factory will be covered by Steam-Whirl.
After three (3) months of the date of purchase, reasonable labor
charges and transportation to factory will be covered by the
owner of unit. Steam-Whirl will ship back to customer prepaid.
In the event of defect, contact Steam-Whirl first (702) 270-2124,
provide the model & serial number, date of purchase and installation
persons name & number.
Limited warranty to be voided and Steam-Whirl will assume no
liability for the lack of maintenance of the Probe as required,
calcium, hard water damage, improper installation, abuse, misuse,
alteration, accidents or acts of GOD, intentional reckless or
negligent acts of any person, or repairs or attempt thereof by
any firm or person other than Steam-Whirl, or it's authorized
agent, loss of use, incidental or consequential damages or any
other cost or expense incurred.
No other company or person has any authority to make any warranties
or representations concerning Steam-Whirl or it's product. Therefore,
Steam-Whirl is not responsible for any such warranties or representations.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so this limitation and exclusion may
not apply to you. This limited warranty gives the customer specific
legal rights, you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state.
