Steam-Whirl Products warranties its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and conditions for a period of (6) years from the date of original manufacture. Should repair be required for reason of any defect or malfunction during the period, Steam-Whirl Products will repair, or at their discretion, replace this product without charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction, upon delivery of the product to the attention of: Technical Service, Steam-Whirl Products, 3775 W Teco Ave #5, Las Vegas, NV 89118-6824.

This warranty is void and Steam-Whirl Products will not assume no liability if:

1) The unit is not installed per the instructions by a licensed electrician and/or plumber. 2) Is hooked up to improper voltage. 3) Is subjected to chemical corrosion. 4) Is mechanically/electrically altered in any way. 5) Is exposed to outside weather conditions or freezing temperatures. 6) Contacts show evidence of short circuiting. 7) Lack of maintenance of the Probe as required. 8) Unit has been visibly damaged by accident or misuse. 9) The serial number or manufacturing date has been altered, effaced or removed.

There is a charge for replacement parts, factory labor and shipping, if the defective unit is returned for any of the reasons listed above.

Steam-Whirl Products shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss of time, or incidental expenses incurred. If repair or replacement of defective parts cannot be made by an authorized Steam-Whirl Agent, on the premises, the cost of removal and reinstallation of the steam unit is not covered by this limited warranty.

This is the only warranty expressed or implied by Steam-Whirl Products. Warranties implied under state law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to one year from the date of manufacture,

Steam-Whirl Products disclaims any liability for any incidental or consequential damages.

Ship as follows : 1) Pack the unit in a well padded box. 2) Include name, return address and daytime phone number along with a short description of the problem. 3) Mail or ship the unit, prepaid, to the above address.

No other company or person has any authority to make any warranties or representations concerning Steam-Whirl Products or any of its products. Therefore, Steam-Whirl Products is not responsible for any such warranties or representations. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation may not apply to you.
